This new Research Assistant post sits within the Organisational Psychology group in the Department of Psychology at City St George’s, University of London. The role supports a major UK Ministry of Defence (MOD)-funded research programme that seeks to develop and implement systematic, evidence-based structures to strengthen workplace wellbeing and resilience across high-stress operational contexts.
The programme is led by Dr Jutta Tobias Mortlock, in collaboration with UK government and military stakeholders. The role is ideal for a scientist-practitioner with a postgraduate degree in organisational psychology and a passion for applied, real-world impact.
