About Role
The Head of EAF Systems and Support Services provides strategic leadership for data analytics and business intelligence across EAF. They oversee data compliance and management across EAF technology platforms and lead the development of future technology solutions that support the University’s estate-related strategic goals.
The role holder will also lead a centralised Customer and Business Support team in identifying leaner, automated processes across the Campus and Commercial Services Value Stream. You will collaborate with the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO) in Estates Development to ensure a fully integrated approach across the whole EAF Directorate.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll be a strategic leader with experience in EAF systems, data analytics, and data management. You’ll be confident in explaining complex information clearly to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across the University.
Strong team leadership and a customer-focused approach are also key, as you’ll help develop the Service Management Office across Campus and Commercial Services.
