About the role:
We are looking for an experienced digital education professional with extensive experience in the design and development of bespoke interactive learning assets and online learning activities to support the delivery of innovative medical and biomedical education programmes in the Faculty of Medicine.
What you would be doing:
As the postholder, you will work collaboratively within the Digital Education Office and with academic and leadership teams across the Faculty of Medicine to identify, evaluate and prioritise digital learning needs from a pedagogic perspective. Your work will support the delivery of high-quality, innovative online and blended experiences across a range of medical and scientific programmes. This includes contributing to the design and development of interactive learning materials, assessments, and digital learning enhancements for multiple programmes.
What we are looking for:
You will have a strong track record of designing and delivering high quality interactive and bespoke digital learning assets, coupled with the ability to break down and explain complex concepts in an approachable way, with the help of appropriate technological tools and applications. A positive, personable and problem-solving approach is essential, as is the ability to show initiative and be adaptable. Accessibility, inclusivity and diversity will be at the heart of your digital learning practice.

The Digital Education Office (DEO) at Imperial College London develops and supports digital learning solutions to deliver the Faculty of Medicine’s vision of excellence in education. It supports a suite of blended and online programmes across the Faculty, as well as open content (MOOC) and online short courses provision.
This is a full-time, open ended post (35 hours per week) based at South Kensington Campus.
