The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is a world-leading university, unique in its dedication to the social sciences. Named University of the Year 2025 by The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide, LSE is the UK’s top university and one of the most international institutions in the world, with 234,000 alumni across the globe and 146 countries represented in our student body.
The Philanthropy and Global Engagement Division (PAGE) serves, engages and works in partnership with alumni, volunteers, donors, global partners, organisations and the wider School community to increase engagement with LSE and support the School’s strategic priorities.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to build and lead our new Departmental Alumni Engagement team. As Head of Alumni Partnerships (Departments), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing a cohesive and impactful alumni engagement programme that aligns with the needs and priorities of LSE’s academic departments and the School’s wider engagement goals.
About the role
You will lead a new team of five Departmental Alumni Engagement Leads, overseeing the development and delivery of a diverse programme of alumni engagement activities to support academic departments’ priorities. These may include departmental reunions, volunteering and mentoring opportunities and professional networking initiatives. You will work closely with academic departments, PAGE colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent and high-quality alumni experience that aligns with the School’s wider engagement goals.
About you
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
