TRIUM www.triumemba.org is a Global Executive MBA programme run jointly by LSE, New York University Stern School of Business (NYU Stern) and HEC Paris (HEC) that integrates international economic, political and social policy into the business curriculum through the participation of LSE. The programme is comprised of six intensive, intellectually rigorous educational modules, hosted at LSE, NYU Stern, and HEC Paris, as well as additional international locations, such as Seoul, Nairobi, and Dubai.
The position manages all aspects of TRIUM’s registry processes, including but not limited to grades, transcripts, academic progression, and upholding academic policy in support of the Academic Dean. The position works closely with TRIUM colleagues at LSE, HEC and NYU and serves as the primary point of contact for all TRIUM systems (Salesforce, Moodle, etc.)
Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a collegial demeanour, able to work with colleagues, stakeholders, and executive students from various cultural backgrounds. Competitive candidates will have strong Excel skills, including proficiency in functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables. The role involves extensive use of Excel for academic data management, but does not require financial modelling experience.
