About the Job
We are seeking to appoint a Post-award Project Manager to join the Research and Development Support (ReDS) Team within the Office for Postgraduates, Research and Engagement (OPRE) to provide high quality support for our research community in the development and delivery of research and knowledge exchange grant management. As part of a supportive and forward-thinking team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people who share a passion for creating positive change. Working closely with academics across a broad range of disciplines, you will target support effectively as we deliver our Vision 2028 ambition to grow research and knowledge exchange income to increase the economic, social, and cultural impact of our activities to the communities we serve.
About You
You will bring experience of successfully providing specialist advice and support to researchers for the management of externally funded projects at a UK HEI. With detailed knowledge of UK funding schemes and experience of post-award support for large-scale, multi-partner projects in the UK and overseas, you will also have strong financial acumen and experience of working with colleagues to identify and manage risks.
