Reports to: Head of Operations
Business Function/Sub-Function: Operations

Metanoia Institute is a well-established educational charity specialising in the professional training of counsellors, psychotherapists, counselling psychologists, supervisors, coaches, and organisational development consultants. Since our founding in the early 1980s, we’ve been a pioneer in offering humanistically-oriented professional training programmes in the UK.
This is a dynamic and transformative period for the Institute. We are developing a new organisational strategy, working towards degree awarding powers, and aligning all we do with a refreshed set of values.
The Systems and IT Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting institutional success through effective systems management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous process improvement.
The post-holder will act as a key liaison between the Institute and system vendors, manage upgrades and implementations, and ensure data systems (including Quercus, Myhrtoolkit, Moodle, and Turnitin) are effectively leveraged.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative problem-solver with technical skills and a strategic mindset to contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of Metanoia Institute.
