About Role
We are recruiting a receptionist to join our Residences Reception. The Residences Reception operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As the primary point of contact for students living on campus, as well as guests and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
This role involves working a fixed pattern, three days from seven. A flexible approach is, however, required to cover annual leave, busy periods and the University closure periods during December when the Residences Reception remains fully open.
The position is based at the Mile End Campus in London and is part time and permanent.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of reception work in a customer focused environment that can be fast paced. An aptitude for administrative processes and confidence using Microsoft 365 is essential for the role. A knowledge of students and their needs whilst living in halls is also beneficial.
