About the Role
The School of Environment and Society are pleased to announce that we are seeking an exceptional individual to take up the role of Strategic Development and Planning manager. The postholder will be a part of the professional Services team in the School. They will play an active role in developing and delivering the activities in the forming of the newly merged School.
About You
As the Strategic Development and Planning Manager you will lead the strategic partnerships initiatives, building and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic partners and stakeholder.
This role is critical in managing the processes post-merger of 3 academic schools. The post holder will use project management methods to track and manage all processes of integration and formation of the new academic school.
About the School/Department/Institute/Project
The School of Environment and Society at Queen Mary University of London is made up of three academic departments, History, Geography and International Relations departments. The School has been newly formed and has circa 150 academic staff. It is home to a highly diverse cohort of students and offers a broad-ranging and methodologically plural curriculum in all three academic departments.
