The Head of School will define our curriculum and ensure that our teaching strategies address the diverse needs of students and stakeholders. You will lead strategic initiatives that foster an innovative academic environment, empowering both staff and students. Reporting to the Pro Vice Chancellor of Education, you will drive exceptional performance across teaching, research, and community engagement while crafting a high-quality, relevant curriculum.

As the Head of School, you will lead the strategic roadmap for the School, aligning it with the YSJ Strategy and Frameworks. You will drive initiatives that enhance student outcomes and institutional performance across metrics. Ensuring the curriculum is rigorous and meets the highest standards of quality and compliance is essential, as is collaborating with other schools and departments to deliver interdisciplinary courses that prepare our students for a dynamic world. Further, you will represent the School and advocate for our mission within the university and the broader community.
