We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Conversion Manager to join our Student Recruitment and Marketing team. As Conversion Manager, you will lead and inspire a talented team of Conversion Officers and Advisors within the wider International Office. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that convert interest into enrolment, enhancing the applicant journey from initial enquiry through to registration. This role involves overseeing multi-channel communications and content creation, managing scholarship processes, and ensuring alignment with international marketing, admissions, and student experience initiatives.

In this role, you’ll be working across many stakeholder groups; both internal and external partners to deliver tailored conversion solutions, while using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on performance. You will enjoy meeting, supporting and working alongside students, colleagues and partners from diverse cultures. A confident communicator, who is agile in their approach and able to switch priorities in busier times and help to manage the workload across the team.
