We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Conversion Manager to join our Student Recruitment and Marketing team. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the journey of international students—from first enquiry to enrolment—while driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.
As Conversion Manager, you will lead and inspire a talented team of Conversion Officers and Advisors within the wider International Office. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that convert interest into enrolment, enhancing the applicant journey from initial enquiry through to registration. This role involves overseeing multi-channel communications and content creation, managing scholarship processes, and ensuring alignment with international marketing, admissions, and student experience initiatives.
In this role, you’ll be working across many stakeholder groups; both internal and external partners to deliver tailored conversion solutions, while using data-driven insights to refine strategies and report on performance. You’ll be agile in your approach and able to develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to convert interest into enrolment.
You will be a strategic thinker, with leadership experience and a passion for customer service. With a proven ability to manage complex processes and drive continuous improvement. Previous experience in international student recruitment, marketing, or admissions is a plus (but not mandatory). A collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will enjoy meeting, supporting and working alongside students, colleagues and partners from diverse cultures. A confident communicator, who is agile in their approach and able to switch priorities in busier times and help to manage the workload across the team.
Ready to take the next step in your career? Apply now and help us transform interest into opportunity for students around the world.
