About the School of Design

The School of Design engages with a broad spectrum of design, from industry-focused practice to experimental and theoretical exploration. With a strong culture of innovation, debate, and research at MPhil and PhD levels, the School explores boundaries across industrial design, product design, service design, critical design, social innovation, new materials, globalisation, and the intersection of international pedagogies and manufacturing.

About the Fashion MA

The Fashion MA at RCA challenges traditional fashion paradigms to address global socio-cultural, environmental, and ethical issues. The programme embraces fluidity of gender and identity, merges physical and digital design practices, and fosters interdisciplinary approaches that create new futures in fashion. Students explore how fashion communicates identity and values in a rapidly changing world.
