- THE ROLE -
The post holder will provide high-level administrative support to a busy student-facing team managing all aspects of student study abroad experiences at the University, with a particular focus on the Turing Scheme. The post holder will assist with all student-facing queries and provide administrative support across a range of study abroad programmes, in response to anticipated growth in the number and range of international opportunities offered to our students. The post holder will provide support to incoming and outgoing exchange students, work with representatives and exchange partners to maintain relationships and provide effective support to students during their exchange period.
- ABOUT YOU -
- A good standard of numeracy and literacy as demonstrated by a qualification (minimum GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or equivalent) or by relevant professional experience.
- Experience of working in an administrative role which required strong organisational skills and an emphasis on attention to detail.
- Experience of working in student support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and updating/maintaining databases in a professional environment.
- The willingness to occasionally work outside of normal office hours, including occasional weekends, as required by the needs of the post.
