Retail Team Member

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team at our on campus Co-op franchise store. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining the overall operations of our store.

Overview:

As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained. You will work closely with the rest of the team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Organizing and restocking merchandise on shelves.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
• Operating the till and processing transactions accurately.
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers.
• Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Assisting customers in finding the products they are looking for
• Following all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
