The University of Bath coordinates the International Study Centre (ISC) for the International Civic and Citizenship Education Study (ICCS), a globally significant research initiative funded by the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA). This project engages international partners, governmental organisations, and experts to investigate civic and citizenship education across numerous countries.
As the ICCS Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the ISC’s operations within the Department of Education, ensuring the seamless delivery of research, management, and knowledge exchange activities for this externally funded project. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful international research that shapes education policy worldwide.

About you
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can provide excellent administrative and financial support in a complex international research environment. You will be someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and who can build effective working relationships with colleagues and partners across different countries and organisations.
You will bring:
Experience in managing large, diverse project budgets, working with international partners, and knowledge of university systems (e.g. Agresso, SAMIS, Business Objects) would also be advantageous.

This is a part-time role, working 29.2 hours per week (0.8 fte) for a fixed-term period until June 2029.
