Now is a very exciting time to be joining us because we are delivering a new "Towards 2030" strategic plan focused on making the most of our three most valuable assets; People, Place and Partnerships, to become a catalyst for economic well-being for our region, nationally and internationally.
We are delighted to announce that we are seeking to appoint a Research Assistant to join the University of Cumbria’s Institute of Health as part of the prestigious NIHR Mental Health Leader’s Award. This award supports the development of mental health research capacity and leadership across Cumbria, with a particular focus on addressing inequalities in mental health and improving outcomes for individuals and communities.
The successful applicant will work closely with the project lead and wider mental health research team, providing support across a range of research and administrative activities. This will include conducting literature reviews, supporting grant applications, assisting with data collection and analysis, preparing reports or presentations and supporting stakeholder engagement with local communities and partners.
