What you would be doing
In this role you will work with academics, and international partners to shape and deliver programmes of the highest quality. Lead and mentor a dedicated team, ensuring they are supported, motivated and empowered. Managing budgets and contracts with a keen eye for detail. Flexibility is the key, and you will be the steady hand behind the scenes and making sure every detail is seamless

This role is part of the Professional Development and Summer Programmes team within Imperial College London’s Institute of Extended Learning. It plays a central role in designing, delivering, and managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives—including summer and winter schools, hosted programmes, open and bespoke courses, and micro-credentials. The role oversees Imperial’s summer and winter schools, ensuring learners enjoy engaging, high-quality educational experiences. It coordinates programmes, supports academic and administrative teams, and fosters meaningful connections between participants, academics, and industry.
This is a full-time, open-ended post based at the South Kensington Campus.
