Summary of the role
This part-time, 3 days a week (0.6FTE) post is available from 3rd November 2025 on a permanent basis.
An opportunity has arisen for an Estates Helpdesk Administrator, based on the Streatham Campus. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a small team of colleagues supplying a high level of service.
The post holder will need to be flexible with working hours to assist with changes to staff rotas and provide some weekend/bank holiday/University closure days cover when necessary to support service requirements. Two shifts will require covering on an alternate basis, which include 8am-4pm and 10am to 6pm.
The Estates Helpdesk Team Leader will arrange the rota for the post holder.
