The starting salary will be from £65, 827 up to £82,935 on Grade H, depending on qualifications and experience.

Summary of the role
The Learning Academy is a new service created to transform the way we provide learning and development to our staff through the creation of a new development service the Learning Academy. The new service will transform the way learning and development is delivered to all staff, provide a central point of contact simplifying access to the service as well as focus on the learner experience.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to become the new Head of the Learning Academy. As the Head of the Learning Academy, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping and delivering the institution’s approach to colleague learning, to ensure they have the skills and confidence which enables them to contribute effectively to the success of the University now and in the future. Working across academic and professional services departments, this role will ensure that colleague learning and development aligns with the university’s Strategy 2030.
