About the role:
The School of Medicine and Dentistry wishes to appoint a Deputy Lead for Primary Care to join our enthusiastic and committed Primary Care team.
The postholder will work as an integral part of the School's Primary Care Team developing and delivering future fit primary care teaching with content spiralling through the MBBS course and other School courses which have a primary care focus.
They will collaborate with School colleagues and external providers to deliver objectives including quality improvement, research and placement focused activity.
About you:
Applicants must have substantial current experience as a General Practitioner. Experience of teaching and assessment within medical education are pre-requisites for consideration for the post. Excellent organisational and communication skills are also key.
