About the Bloomberg LSE European City Leadership Initiative
The Bloomberg LSE European City Leadership Initiative is a pioneering program to help mayors and their teams across the continent strengthen leadership skills, drive public sector innovation, and tackle complex urban challenges to deliver tangible results for residents in new ways.
Job Summary
The Impact Manager will support the Bloomberg LSE European City Leadership Initiative and its partner institutions in driving impact activities, including enhancement, data collection, analysis, and communication of findings. Working with colleagues across LSE Cities, the Hertie School, and other partners, they will track and document impact, ensuring insights are embedded in practice. They will ensure that the Initiative remains accountable to participants, donors, and the wider community.
We are seeking a proactive and analytically minded individual with strong research and communication skills to support our work with city leaders and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research, collecting and analysing data to produce clear, evidence-based insights. They will be able to communicate findings effectively to a range of audiences and demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
