Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 4 years in the first instance. 

The Department of Clinical Neurosciences is a progressive academic research Department studying the nervous system to find new treatments for neurological disorders such as Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. We also study neurosurgical topics, addressing care and patient support for those affected by traumatic brain injury and other disorders of the nervous system. Research from the Department has real life impact, and we now have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to support this impact in the position of HR administrator.

Working in partnership with the Department Business Management Team, the HR Administrator will support the HR team in delivering all HR matters such as; the employee life cycle, HR and visitor processes, and HR service improvements. They will collaborate with HR colleagues in the Department, the School and beyond to deliver efficient and friendly HR support.

The role is based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus and on confirmation of your appointment, the successful candidate will adopt the Department's hybrid working model, consisting of days of work alongside other members of the Operations Team on site and days working from home.
