The Department of Psychological Sciences and Health is looking to recruit a part-time Research Assistant (at Grade 6) to work on a project funded by the Centre for Autism Research in Education at Strathclyde. The overall aim of the project is to co-develop and refine a tailored sleep intervention to meet the unique needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through a programme of stakeholder-driven workshops. To be considered for the role, you must hold an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in psychology. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to listen and engage with a range of different professional / community groups and to present complex information in an accessible way to a range of audiences. Crucially, you will have experience of qualitative data collection and analyses and a working knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBTi).
