This is an exciting opportunity within the Liverpool University Biobank of the Technology, Infrastructure and Environment Directorate to help support, deliver and grow a strategically important biobanking service for the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.
We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge and practical skills to work with a team of LUB technicians in order to deliver high quality human sample processing, storage and analysis services for University of Liverpool researchers as well as external collaborators and service users.
You will report to the Senior Biobank Technician and work with the LUB Leadership Team to deliver best practice biobanking solutions that will enhance clinical research at the University.
You should have a BTEC Higher level (or equivalent) and experience in a bioscience lab or biobank research, laboratory or related discipline.
