Senior Research Nurse (Specialist Nurse - Stickler Syndrome Highly Specialised Service) 

Fixed Term: Up to 12 months, current funding until July 2026 - Funding renewed annually.

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Nurse (Specialist Nurse) for the NSH England Highly Specialised Stickler Syndrome Service. 

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the NHS England Highly Specialised Service in providing molecular genetic analysis together with clinical support for families and patients with Stickler syndrome.

You will join a highly specialised team dedicated to providing this national service at the cutting edge of translational research for this disorder, assisting and co-ordinating the clinical and laboratory arms of the MDT service as well as providing direct patient advice and counselling

The post is split between the van Geest Centre for Brain Repair and Cambridge University NHS Foundation Trust - both located on the Cambridge University Hospitals Biomedical campus. It is a full-time post but informal enquiries are welcome from candidates unable to work full-time.
