The University of Cumbria is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Film & Television to join our dynamic and growing Media Arts team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional filmmaker or screenwriter – whether you are an established academic or an industry practitioner looking to move into higher education, offering an opportunity to help shape and deliver our Film & Television programme and to contribute across a wider portfolio of creative media courses.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong professional practice in cinematic storytelling, directing and screenwriting, with hands-on experience of production workflows in short film and/or feature film.
