About the Role
This role provides essential administrative support to the Schools/Institutes within the Faculty, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of key processes. Working closely with and under the guidance of the Operations Officer, the post holder will be responsible for the practical execution of administrative tasks related to finance and HR, directly contributing to the smooth functioning of the Schools/ Institutes.
A key aspect of this role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across faculty and central teams to ensure the seamless delivery of administrative support.
About You
This is an apprenticeship position.
The post holder will:
Attend and complete specified training and learning activities to achieve the associated apprenticeship qualification within the time permitted by the training provider and line manager.
Be open to learning and new ways of working and understand the importance of managing both professional and learning responsibilities.
