Based at London College of Fashion working alongside the Assistant Head of Course Support, as Course Support Manager you’ll lead and motivate a team of Course Support Administrators to deliver outstanding academic administration and first-class customer service to a portfolio of courses.
In this dynamic role, you’ll build strong relationships across course teams and support functions within the College and the wider University, ensuring smooth delivery and a truly excellent Course Support service.
About you
This role requires a good understanding of, and a strong commitment to, delivering excellent customer service.
A working knowledge of academic administration processes and policies is required so candidates are likely to stem from the Higher Education sector, but similar educational environments will also be considered.
In your application you will also need to evidence the ability to manage positive working relationships along with good communication and leadership skills, including motivating teams and managing performance.
