This is a rare opportunity to shape how inclusion, access and success are experienced across one of the worlds most influential creative universities.
As Head of Educational Policy and Inclusion, you will lead the design and delivery of an institution-wide approach to student inclusion and success at University of the Arts London. Working with senior leaders and external partners, you will shape policy and practice that ensures all students can thrive and succeed.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Universitys Access and Participation Plan (APP) and for ensuring that our educational policies and evaluation practices reflect our commitment to equity and belonging. You will bring together insight, research and data to influence decision-making and ensure that every intervention has a measurable impact on student outcomes.
This is a strategic and collaborative leadership role at the heart of UALs academic mission. You will work across our six Colleges and central teams to create a coherent policy environment that promotes innovation, supports excellence in teaching and learning, and enhances the experience and success of all students.
About you
You will bring deep knowledge of educational policy and inclusion within UK Higher Education, alongside a proven ability to lead change that improves access, participation and student success.
With experience in data-informed decision-making, you will be confident presenting evidence and insights that influence senior leaders and shape strategy. You will demonstrate a track record of leading teams, managing complex projects and developing inclusive approaches that deliver meaningful outcomes.
You will have experience of planning and managing resources, engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and contributing to institutional strategy.
A clear communicator and inclusive leader, you will be motivated by creating equity of opportunity and driving forward positive change in Higher Education.
