The Postgraduate Career and Professional Development Team at Bayes Business School design and deliver the timetabled and credit bearing career management and employability skills curriculum, corporate engagement schedule and Student Business Clubs offering to specialist Masters students and MBAs, providing a highly rated and highly ranked product which equips students to succeed throughout their career.
Responsibilities
This post will lead the seamless operational delivery of our provision, ensuring a first-class student experience. Working with colleagues across Bayes and City, St Georges you will maintain oversight of operational delivery for more than 2,000 students across 30 programmes, each with unique requirements as well as managing a small Operations team.
Person Specification
The role requires the ability to manage multiple schedules and processes simultaneously. You will use initiative and judgement to balance competing priorities and ensure services are delivered accurately and on time. As team leader, you will organise day-to-day activities and allocate resources effectively.
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience of managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience of administering databases or information management systems is required. Experience of line management is essential and you should be able to evidence staff development, performance management, and workload planning.
