The Courtauld Institute of Art is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the Departmental Administration Manager in delivering efficient and responsive administrative services across the History of Art department.
This varied role involves supporting faculty communications, managing expenses and travel grants, coordinating TRAC returns, and assisting with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. The postholder will also work closely with the Vice Dean for Education and the Dean for Research, as well as faculty members, Executive Assistants, and professional services teams including Student Academic Services, Human Resources, Finance, and the Library.
