This is an exciting opportunity to work within an expanding department of the University.
You will join a team in the Directorate of Legal and Governance which provides legal advice and support to the University and its subsidiary companies.
You will have specific responsibility for legal matters affecting students and will also contribute to the wider legal work within the Directorate.
Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with a practising certificate and have some experience of legal work within Higher Education.
You will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and will be able to communicate complex legal matters simply and concisely to staff at different levels across the University.
This post is to cover a period of Maternity Leave, expected to be from 5th January 2026 until 18th December 2026.
