This 0.9 FTE (4.5 days per week) is available immediately on a permanent basis. The post is hybrid, based on the Streatham campus, with the expectation of 2 days per week on campus.
Summary of the role
The University of Exeter’s Global Partnerships team is recruiting for a Partnerships Liaison Coordinator within the Business School. This role will support our recruitment partnerships activity within the School and Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy and will incorporate work across Recruitment and Progression partnerships. This is an exciting role engaging with our partner universities around the world, and internally with teams across the university.
You will support the Business School in activities supporting maintenance of existing partnerships, including arranging staff visits (incoming and outgoing), and being open to opportunities such as site visits, conferences and other activities in support of the School’s internationalisation strategy.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for the School’s key recruitment partners, supporting the respective institutional relationships, ensuring the best possible service is provided to applicants, current students and respective University staff.
You will need to be proactive and adaptable, helping to promote internationalisation and international activities across the School, and to ensure that all international activities are undertaken in a professional and high quality manner. You will also be required to develop effective working relationships with a diverse range of contacts.
