About the Role
The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Secondary Teacher Mentor (In-Service) to play a pivotal role in supporting the professional growth of Secondary Teacher Education Programme (STEP) teachers, mentors, and Academic Directors across the global Ismaili community.
Working within the Department of Education and reporting to the Co-Head of Secondary Teacher Education, the postholder will design, implement, and evaluate innovative in-service teacher development initiatives aligned with the ITREB Teacher Education and Student Learning (TESL) framework.
