We are excited to announce an opportunity within the School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences for a researcher with a passion for drug discovery and expertise in Medicinal Chemistry to join our research team. This position focuses on developing new therapeutic strategies for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).
As a member of our multidisciplinary chemical biology cluster, you will work closely with a highly collaborative and well-connected team renowned for its research excellence at the Soukarieh and Shelkovnikova Labs. Your expertise and innovative approaches will further strengthen our strong international research profile.
In this role, you will apply your synthetic medicinal chemistry skills to progress existing hit compounds into promising lead candidates as part of our research program funded by the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.
