About the role:
Applications are invited for the post of Research Administrator, within the academic unit of Stroke, Mental Health & Clinical Neurosciences, School of Medicine. You will be based at the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham University Hospitals and will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team coordinating multi-centre UK and international stroke trials.
You will be a highly motivated and personable individual, who works well as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, as well using your own initiative. The successful candidate will support the stroke trials team to set up new trials and close down completed trials. Support will include processing trial payments, maintenance of trial information in the databases and trial files. Your role will also entail arranging face to face meetings, teleconferences, investigator meetings, conference attendance, and national/international travel booking.
