The Research Department of Behavioural Science and Health is dedicated to research on how human behaviour impacts health and health outcomes. About the role
The Epidemiology of Cancer Healthcare and Outcomes (ECHO) Group led by Professor Georgios Lyratzopoulos, is a multi-disciplinary team established in 2015. We contribute to global efforts to control the increasing burden of neoplastic disease through research. We are looking for a Senior Research Project Manager, whose responsibilities will include the management of the groups research projects/programmes and working closely with policymakers and or our funders.
About you
The postholder will work closely with Professor Georgios Lyratzopoulos to p rovide high-level administrative, and strategic support across the full range of the research group’s activities and responsibilities. This includes supporting the development and delivery of new research projects, preparing grant applications, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating stakeholder engagement and public involvement activities, and coordinating the production of publications and dissemination outputs. Application Details: • The position is available from 1st October 2025 and is a fixed term contract with external funding until 31st January 2028 in the first instance.
