About the role
We are seeking a reliable, dependable and proactive part time individual to join our friendly Campus Services outside waste team within Cleaning and Portering. This role involves emptying external bins, litter picking across designated areas, and supporting recycling and waste management efforts to maintain a clean and safe environment. The position includes driving duties, so a full, valid UK driving licence is essential. This is a physically active, outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping spaces tidy and well-maintained.
About you
This is a crucial role at the University of Bath, and we are looking for a good communicator who is a friendly and motivated person, happy to work not only as part of a supportive and friendly team but also on their own. You will be expected to maintain an excellent level of cleanliness in order to maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment and should have a thorough and methodical attitude to work
Further information:
This role is offered on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. Looking for 2 candidates to work their contracted hours between 8:00 and 14:00 Monday to Friday with weekend working on alternative weeks.
