Daily Deli Supervisor

Salary on appointment will be £23,742 per annum pro rata (£12.59 per hour). 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Daily Deli Supervisor to join the Retail team within The Shop at UEA 

You will be responsible for supporting the day to day running of our successful daily deli which offers a range of hot food to our customers. You will be responsible for the food preparation for our hot food as well as supporting with daily freshly baked pastries.

We are looking for someone who is great with customers, can supervise a small team and has a good attention for detail. Ideally you will have a background in a daily deli food operation.

Key duties of the role are to assist in developing sales and profitability within the Daily Deli operation inside The Shop at UEA through the control of range, promotional activity and staff development, whilst ensuring that the store trades in compliance with legislation. 

This part time post will be 30 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays working 7:00am to 1:00pm and is available from 15 December 2025 on a fixed term basis for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
