The Office for Institutional Equity & Inclusion, led by the Assistant Vice-President (EDI) and Head of EDI, drives this commitment by advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion across the institution. The EDI Administrator and Coordinator will play a key role in supporting this work through high-quality administrative support, helping the University achieve its EDI ambitions.
Responsibilities
This role provides vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth delivery of events, training, and day-to-day operations. Key duties include managing bookings, venues, and materials for EDI activities; maintaining records, systems, and webpages; processing payments and invoices; and coordinating team calendars, inboxes, and communications.
The postholder will handle stakeholder correspondence, circulate promotional materials, prepare meeting papers and minutes, track attendance and feedback, and produce reports to support programme delivery. They will also assist with the development of project plans, maintain budget spreadsheets, compile monthly EDI updates, and contribute to the efficient running of the EDI office through high-quality administrative coordination.

Experience
