About the role
Are you looking for an interesting and varied HR role and the opportunity to work in the exciting new Stephen A Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities? We may have the role for you!
We are seeking up to three HR Assistants to join our Operations team. These posts will support HR operational activities across Faculties and Divisional Office in the Humanities Division, assisting with a range of duties including recruitment, onboarding, data entry, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
This role will suit an individual who enjoys working in a busy office as part of a friendly team. The successful candidate will be required to be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team to provide a high standard of HR support to the Division.

The ideal candidate will have solid administrative skills, and previous experience of working in a complex organisation. The ability to maintain data to the highest levels of accuracy is essential along with strong IT skills. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal calmly and professionally with confidential matters. The team has a busy workload, so flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, supporting the team as required, is key.
