About the role
The University of Bath is home to over 20,000 students from around the world, supported by a diverse and dedicated Campus Services team of more than 400 people. Our teams deliver hospitality, security, retail, accommodation, cleaning, grounds, and student experience services across our campus and city locations.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Campus Services Training Lead to join our HR team. This is a newly created role designed to transform how we develop our people—ensuring every colleague has the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive in their current role and build a rewarding career with us.
As the Campus Services Training Lead, you will:
This role sits within the friendly and proactive Campus Services HR team, working alongside an HR Business Partner, Deputy HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, & Recruitment & Staff Experience Coordinator and Training Coordinator.

This role is offered on a part-time basis, Monday - Thursday, 9:00am to 5:20pm, and is a permanent position (0.8 FTE).
