The Natural Resources Institute (NRI) (www.nri.org) is an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary centre of the University of Greenwich leading research on sustainable development, food security, economic growth and poverty reduction in the UK and globally.
NRI is looking for a highly motivated individual capable of undertaking complex administrative and financial tasks within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will join a team of dedicated, professional services staff within NRI ensuring successful delivery of research, consultancy, and capacity building projects with a combined annual turnover in excess £14.5 million.
Under the direction of the Awards and Grants Manager and working with a wide range of stakeholders, the Administrator will join a team of existing Professional Services staff overseeing administrative management of awards and grants across the Institute. The role requires a flexible approach, working across departments with NRI, supporting externally funded Research & Knowledge Exchange projects on a flexible and demand driven basis.
