About the role
Imperial aims for efficient use of space in the context of growth in student numbers and an enabling environment for discovery, innovation and impact. The postholder will support this through all aspects of the timetabling cycle.
What you would be doing
Experienced in timetabling, you will be involved in scheduling and modelling teaching, training new users of the timetabling system and engaging with academic departments to drive data improvement. You will demonstrate your excellent attention to detail when carrying out data inputting, analysis and reporting. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and troubleshoot issues on the ground as well. You will work collaboratively around the timetable process, respond to online queries and be a knowledgeable, approachable and friendly representative of the Central Timetabling Support team.
