We have an exciting opportunity to work as an Apprenticeship Compliance Officer. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of apprenticeship quality and compliance support across all Healthcare related apprenticeship programmes in the School. This will include ensuring applicants meet the Department for Education funding rules and criteria for admissions and on boarding. The postholder will lead on aspects of the employer recruitment and university admissions processes. The primary purpose of this role is to demonstrate an expert knowledge and understanding of the Department for Education funding rules and regulations, Ofsted and relevant University policies and procedures in relation to the apprenticeship provision.
You will have previous administrative experience, ideally working within an educational or an apprenticeship environment. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to act with discretion and diplomacy to deal with confidential queries/material. The ability to accurately present accurate data and information to internal and external stakeholders is an essential part of the role.
Excellent team working skills are also required and an ability to work collaboratively with administrative and academic staff to provide an excellent level of service to learners. Strong IT skills are essential, as well as the ability to analyse and solve problems with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
We are looking for candidates who will have a real commitment to the role, and who have a good track record of working methodically with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A recognition of the importance of timeliness and the ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to ensure deadlines are met are both essential.
