About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and astute individual, with excellent communication skills to join the HR Support Team to provide comprehensive support to the HR Executive and administrative support to the wider HR team.
The post-holder will provide a professional interface between the HR Executive and their internal and external contacts and will be required to maintain office systems and carry out a wide range of administrative tasks.
You will become part of a dynamic and friendly team, which is focused on supporting the University in achieving its strategic aims.
About you
The successful candidate will be approachable and confident, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals. You will be expected to work using your own initiative with a varied workload in a busy and interesting environment. You will have a calm, professional manner, and the ability to prioritise and organise your own work.
Responsibilities will include diary management, scheduling and organising departmental meetings, processing purchase orders and invoices, as well as helping to manage office systems. In addition, you will carry out a wide range of other administrative tasks and act as a point of contact for the department with its customers.
