Glasgow School of Art is looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to join their team and provide knowledgeable support to their clients.
The role holder will be responsible for the provision of high-quality IT support and incident response service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of departmental processes, procedures and standards. In addition to liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels of the business.
You will also be involved in completing remote and on-site visits to resolve incidents and carry out service desk requests, as well as working with software deployment for Windows and Mac environments.
Excellent customer service skills are required and previous experience working in an IT service-orientated environment is essential. The successful IT Support Officer should have a good level of demonstrable experience in a similar role.
