About the Role
Applications are invited for the post of Assessment Administrator supporting the delivery of all assessments for our medical degree and Physician Associate programmes, of which there are three positions available.
The Assessment Administrators will support the delivery all assessments (in-course and end-of-year) for MBBS programmes and the Physician Associates programme with the post holder providing administrative support and acting as secretary to designated exam boards and committees. The post holders will be expected to work closely with colleagues across the medical school to ensure seamless service to students in the areas of examination and assessment. Each post will support designated assessment functions but will also be required to work in a matrix of assessment support providing administrative support to colleagues for all year groups throughout the assessment annual schedule.
About You
Applicants should be educated to A-level or equivalent and have experience in in the organisation of examinations or events. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, have experience of working with students and maintaining accurate records. This is a student facing role and applicants must be able to deliver briefings and presentations to students and examiners. In all aspects of the role, the post holder will be expected to uphold and promote the principles of equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring assessment processes are fair, transparent, and supportive of all students.
