The University of Aberdeen invites applications for an Early Career Faculty / Lecturer in Business Management at its Mumbai Campus, launching in August 2026. This role is ideal for emerging academics seeking to build a teaching and research portfolio while contributing to the delivery of high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Reporting to the Academic Provost, the successful candidate will assist in teaching modules in Strategic Management, International Business, Marketing, Leadership, and related areas, contribute to curriculum development, prepare learning materials, and support assessment processes. The role also involves mentoring students, participating in applied projects or teaching-related research, and engaging in quality assurance and departmental activities.
Applicants are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive, student-centred learning and to pursue professional development within a supportive academic environment. Candidates should have a PhD in Business Management or a closely related field, or be near completion.
