As Project Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the Digital and Information Services team, managing a talented group of Project Managers and overseeing a diverse portfolio of strategic and technical projects. Working closely with the Associate Director of Product Development and Delivery, you will support governance, resource planning, portfolio management and cross-departmental collaboration. Support resource planning across projects, managing supply and demand to ensure delivery priorities are met.
Identify, manage and mitigate cross-portfolio risks, dependencies and resourcing conflicts.
Oversee high standards of stakeholder management, project reporting, budget management and risk control.
Lead governance processes and ensure robust risk management across the portfolio.
You will bring extensive experience in programme, project and portfolio management within complex organisations. You will have a proven track record in directing and mentoring high-performing teams, managing multiple cross-functional projects and applying enterprise-wide delivery methodologies. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and clearly convey technical concepts to non-specialists.
