As Project Office Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the Digital and Information Services team, managing a talented group of Project Managers and overseeing a diverse portfolio of strategic and technical projects. You’ll ensure that the School’s digital initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and in alignment with the School’s strategic priorities.

Working closely with the Associate Director of Product Development and Delivery, you will support governance, resource planning, portfolio management and cross-departmental collaboration. You will help shape how projects are prioritised, tracked and reported, embedding best practice and driving continuous improvement in project delivery across the School.

Key responsibilities:

Manage, mentor and motivate a team of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
Support resource planning across projects, managing supply and demand to ensure delivery priorities are met.
Identify, manage and mitigate cross-portfolio risks, dependencies and resourcing conflicts.
Oversee high standards of stakeholder management, project reporting, budget management and risk control.
Lead governance processes and ensure robust risk management across the portfolio.
